I have read the commit about reverse tax computation but it is beyond my understanding. As I barely understood from a linked commit, it allows for tax included in price. How do I set up a tax so if I set the price of a product to $ 112, if I have a 12% tax includes in price, I earn $ 100 and credit $ 12 to a Tax Collected account?

In order to define tax included prices you should use the price_list
module (and the sale_price_list if you want to define prices on sales).
On the price list there is a check to define if the price includes tax.
Once marked tryton will make the reverse computation of the taxes.
